Well, I've been in art all school year so far, and, I have yet to submit any of my work from there. All our work stays in school so I don't have time to scan them all. But, luckily, this project I took home to finish and it's our final project. Hopefully when we take everything home this week, I will be able to put up some other work from my class. Anyways, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out: http://lluffyl.deviantart.com/art/Final-Ar...e-Tag-110474268 I may end up vectoring it in PS sometime so that it might look nicer. Comments on DA are always helpful and appreciated .
Used colored pencils for all the coloring, other than that outlining was done in fine tip Sharpie Marker. I grew kind of fond of colored pencils .
Nothing really . I mean, I'm an anime/manga/japanese freak so, I figured the Japanese characters would look different and unique compared to all the others in the class. The abstract thing in the top was kind of random, but, after a little bit I tried to make smaller bubbles to make it look even more bubbly . The wave at the bottom right is there because I really like how it looks. My friend did the rising sun so I figured I'd get another classic Japanese piece of art and try and replicate it a bit myself.
Ah, it looks good. I don't get it... I just know I like it. ... Care to explain what it represents? [/b][/quote] Nothing really .
