    Words are tiny.
    Try centering the navigation buttons.
    Change 'News' to 'Latest Work' because it's a portfolio, the most important thing is your work, not your news.

    That's a nice looking layout there mate. The problem is the boxes below the navigation seem to just disappear and become jumpy. Also as a comment suggested above about centering the navigation, I like it the way it is.
