I adore their work, vectors is hard work and she has some of the best I've seen in a while. As stated they will be a great addition to the team. Not many on GR even do vectors, so she will add variety to our team. Regular tags need work though, as seen in the 5th one. Yes from me

Negatives: -HER tag skills could use a little bit of dusting off, apart from that she has had her ups and downs.-

Positives: -Not many people on the entire GR Members Roster are good at making Vectors and that is a +++ in her application. I love the Naruto and the Gara one -

Final Decision: <span style="color:#00FF00">Yes I feel as if I really did not need to post my thoughts about her while giving my 2 'dark' cents on this application as I was the reason she was banned from GameRenders in the first place. I truly apologize for my actions and what happened. Don't think that she will ever forgive me though.. Apart from that she would again be a lovely addition to the crew. ..Yup

Must we adhere to the code every time? I know it makes it easier but cant we just say their name in bold write some reasons and yes or no in bold to stand out?

Negatives: -First of all it is 5 Tags / Signatures min. and he only has 3. It is not that we just laugh about the 5 tags that you post but those 5 tags give us an idea of what you are capable of doing when given to work on different assignments. Secondly, most of the tags are either missing the concept that he is going for or either are too shiny. Shininess can't win over happiness anytime.. Need to work on blending, text placement and overall depth in your tags and album covers. Also lighting would be a good start to get better...-

Positives: -Hm..Hard to say here, but I'll go with the concepts that he is going for here. They are nice but if executed further can become much better.-

Final Decision: <span style="color:red">No I would tell him to work on his placement, depth, blending, lighting and overall choice of concept. What he has there is good but needs to be executed better. I would say go look at the tutorial section on GR and get started there...
