Remove the text on the first, saturate the colors a bit more and bring your focal out a tidbit. Second has some cool smudge+clipping masks. I suggest you bring your focal out with a little bit of contrast, since it seems as if the left and right overpower it. Or try a sharpen on his face.
Thanks for commenting first of all. =] I never really liked the text but I'll remove it anyway. As for the focal troubles I try sharpening hem but then it get's over-sharpened so I fade it a bit and it looks like nothing was done =[
