The Navigation buttons and header are a bit large. Also the reflection on the navigation is to much, if you're going to have it, then reduce that reflection to about half the size and lower the opac.
It is a pretty smooth design. I agree with the 2 above me. What I wanna say is that the name on the header is a bit small. That is where the whole site is about, so I think it should be a bit more shouting off of the page.
Love the logo design! The navigation is great with reflections and very noticeable. The placement of the image gallery is nearly inline with the news to the left which gives it a little touch. Most probably the not most notable thing is the light gray box that seperates the content Good work.
