A bit monotone for my tastes.. BG needs more work and overall it is low quality.

 

Compo and depth needs work, im not sure about the eagle to the right it needs to be sharpened a bit more, and the text needs work.

I can see whats you were tying to get but it just didnt turn out that way

wow i just mean the eagle needed sharpened lol , if you vlur the clock slightly and then blur the farthest towers a bit more than you blur the clock then it would work much more, gives it good depth, lighting needs a touch of work too if you use the burn/dodge tool around him aswell

 

Kind of big.. but I think the colors are pretty weird.. idk whats going on with this
