Trying to look for good stocks to vectorize. Help me out cuz i dnt have that much creativity when it comes to that haha
Look through the stocks on deviantART... no one here can tell you what you want to vectorize. Part of the creative process is finding this stuff on your own, especially if it's not done for commercial purposes.
Have you even tried? There's tons of material to look through. No offense, but I honestly can't see you coming up with something amazing if you can't do this part yourself. You won't have the same passion for it. If you look around enough, something should just pop and inspire you. Art can be an accident, but all successful artists tend to conceptualize before they even get started, then they actualize what they saw. They see something and it inspires them. You need to find your inspiration yourself. I could try to help you now, but then you wouldn't be forced to move outside of your box and do this on your own. Just look around and think of what you want to do, then narrow your search. Or you'll get lucky and find something that just pops. Either way, the search can be quite fun and offer inspiration for the future, if not now.
Srry dude still no go man. Cant really find anything man. So ------ing done. I really dnt know wut i want. Thats why i need someone to show me something they want to inspire me : )
Being shown something isn't inspiration, it's laze. If you're so unimaginative and uncreative you don't even know what you want to vector, you'll never make anything of yourself in any kind of art medium.
Ina sense you are correct but not really, cuz not everyone has those artistic visions. Alot of people do copy things and make them better. And i really dnt know wut looks good and is hoping for someone to show me something cool so i can move in that line of direction. PS i didnt say i was NOT lazy haha
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" no matter what anyone shows you, you yourself will always have an opinion about it whether you speak it or not(even if your words are just going with the crowd you could be thinking the complete opposite). So in other words if you really wanted to be shown what looks "cool", you would have to sit down and listen to the 6 billion+ people(and counting) on the earth and let them show you what they think is cool. It's been my experience many times too that people who "do copy things and make them better" only really do it out of boredom or to be what they and maybe their friends think is "cool", not because they actually care about the craft or want to go far in it. If you wanna copy people you should probably go to deviantart, there is plenty of good artists(again my opinion) to rip off there . There is no such thing as being truly original anymore though, in one form or another you'll always be copying somebody else. Someone said it best for me when they said "your unique... just like everybody else" lol. ^In case you don't think you've heard it enough from me yet... That's all just my opinion, like I said before you'll have your own thoughts about all that.
name several famous artists that have made a name for themselves by exclusively "copying things and making them better." Not being able to think of something you want to do is creative laziness. If you had any creativity at all you'd be able to at least think of SOMETHING you were interested in then go find a good picture of it to vector.
Copying someone means you'll always be two steps behind the trend. By the time you've copied them, there's something new and it'll be old school in a bad way. It's like cars: there's a decade where a car is absolutely worthless, because it's not new, and it's not a collectible yet. "The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources." ~Albert Einstein Still, as three people have now told you, you really need to find your own inspiration, otherwise you won't really be inspired and whatever you make will turn out pretty bad. Ask yourself some questions like "what do I like?" "what do I want to say?" "what sort of colors would emphasize my message?" "would my message be better in a large or small canvas?" "what style does my message cause me to envision?" Start with a message in mind, then look for some inspiration. An artist almost always has at least a general idea in mind when creating a large project. That, or they're on drugs -_-. Right now, I have a large assignment involving a composite image of one or more self-portraits. I haven't even started shooting yet, I'm still drawing thumbnails for it and trying to narrow down what my message is to one thing. My message is my inspiration. I already have a vision in mind, but the composition is a bit iffy at the moment.
"Noun/Verb The act of firing one's lasers, typically annihilating the victim completely, this term originated with the comical short flash film: "Syntax Error 2", and was made famous by the youtube film: "The Lazer Collection". Shooping or Shooping Da Whoop, as it's known in verb tense, is done with an eccentric cartoon expression with bulging eyes and a wide gaping mouth. It's often known to be done at random. " -Urban Dictionary. Don't know if "Photoshooping" counts under the category, though.
