Xbox 360 for game selection, online, and price ^_^ Plus most games on the PS3 can be played on the 360 I guess... :tongue:
PS3 Overall better hardware. The extra 100 dollars you pay is amazing. You get your network account, the WIRELESS WIFI internet..that Xbox doesnt have. The PS3 has a far better interface, simple and straight forward. Customization is better, and I'll admit, it's online isn't that friendly, but it's increasing dramatically. 2009: Drake's Fortune 2. Killzone 2 God of war 3 and many more, but im busy and don't wanna research for you. The 360 has so many games..yeah. I worked at Best Buy, 60% of the games for 360 that are cheap, are exclusives yes, but they were lame, and nothing people actually look forward tp purchasing. Also, the 360 has it's headset, which is cool and all, but I played Halo 3 and CoD online for hours with a mic, and the use of it was so uncommon. I joined a game and said, "hey guys whats good!?" Some of the kids didnt have mics, and the ones who did would breathe extremely heavily into the mic, eat food with their mic on, and they would cuss you saying you suck, until you beat them severely. All in all, i have all 3 systems and an amazing computer system, and the PS3 just wins for me. I don't game a lot, but all the PS3 exclusives I own are amazing, and they fill my free-time well. I love Halo 3 online for it's setup. Reaching those ranks, and the nice match-making..means fair games. And CoD is the same on 360 as PS3 for me, but yeahhh..I love the PS3 more.
I guess I better tell my girlfriend that the genuine fun we have together playing with the Wii is "childish" and that we're some inferior audience. How dare we expect our video games to be fun? That's child's play! Fun games are for children! Then I'll tell her no more sex because we generally do that "just for fun." That must be childish, too.

I voted the 360 for the main reason that it has held my attention for quite some time, i have a wii and got bored of it quite quickly(probably due to my amount of games). The online play for the 360 is great, specially for halo 3 and cod4 and being able to talk makes it more enjoyable. I've never really liked the ps brands, its always been nintendo or microsoft(which isn't long in terms of consoles) for me.
I dislike Nintendo at the moment for reading this. Oh, and Wii seems a bit overrated. Great for families, but I'm a shooter kind-of-guy.
hmmm I own a Wii and a PS3.....I choose the PS3 though, just because the graphics are far far better and its soooo silent when its running and I can watch blu ray dvd's on it and you can't on the wii
