well, as you may know, i was away at a place with a very slow connection speed for thursday and friday, the 15th and 16th. i asked a couple of crew members to take the reins for a bit and get the pack together and uploaded, but when i got back, although people had posted some resources (you guys have my thanks <3 ), no progress had been made on assembling and uploading it. i had to do that myself, and because of that, it ended up being turned in late. that makes a bad reflection on the crew as a whole. -_- especially disappointing was MP's post of "hmm". as co-leader, i expect MP to be able to step in and take charge when i'm not able to. that's what a co-leader is all about - being someone i can rely on to handle things. so yeah, let's try to do better in the future, ok? i know everyone's busy with school/work/RL stuff (i know i am, lol), but i don't want to slip into a situation where everyone expects someone else to do important stuff. if we start thinking like that, nothing will get done. let's all try to support the crew. each member should try to do his or her part. try to stay informed, too. keep abreast of stuff like tagwall battles and resource packs, so when i need to gather sigs or PSDs, you won't be surprised.
well, it would have been better if you had said so, mate. "hmm" doesn't tell me that you're busy. anyway, i'm not miffed about it any more. <3
well, i'm feeling a bit mixed, now. on the one hand, AG's tagwall is kicking our tagwall's ass in the battle. on the other hand, i just won first place in the RotW contest, and got myself a free ruby membership. well, sometimes we're just at a nadir in terms of time we can give to the crew, so don't take the loss too hard. we've got some new blood, and i expect they'll improve with us. i do understand that many of us are busy, so let's hope that the next battle happens at a time when folks can really show their skills. after all, we kicked ass last time, remember?
Yeah I'm kinda in the middle of exams. But that's no excuse. My real excuse it's related to a near death in my family :\ next time I will do some kickass stuff
