Interesting. I like the shiny effect and the colours on it. The additional smoke-like effects on the bg are a bit distracting though. Especially the part just to the right of the center of the tag. There seems to be like a line going from top to bottom (looks like a pencil line) and that sorta immediatly grabbed my attention and took it away from the colours.
