Hey, im somewhat new to html and know alot of the basics when related to photoshop (slicing etc.) but am having one problem that I cannot find a solution to online I want to know how (depending on user created/deleted input) i can have the template increase/decrease its length automatically? You want the site to fit the person's monitor? If so, yea CSS. Using percents instead of pixels to define width's and lengths
