Background is nice, it could use some more effects though. I'm also not diggin' the text too much, it's just distracting me. Maybe try and get some more variation in color in there as well. It just feels unfinished to me right now, it has potential though. Just get some more effects in there!
Your signature seems a little unfinished to me. Your render takes up alor of place, and its monotone..still needs work.
Monotone means that it looks like the same color is plastered over the signature. Get some diversity in there .
