Anyone here play it? I messed up while cleaning my room like a year back and through away my D2 box with Cd Key... I have the LOD key but since I don't have a BNET key for D2 it won't let me play online . If someone has an extra or doesn't play anymore PM me we can work something out. Back to the game.. D2 is great I know I've played it for more than 100 hours in a week lol, it took over my life which is why I first quit (I tried to give my chars away but everyone said they sucked lmao), If you play whats your Account name? When I get a D2 key maybe we can play together
Man I use to love this game. Main reason I picked up WoW and made a 70 Pally. However I have no idea where the game is / box. Love to load it up and give it another go.
Yeah I had a lvl 89 Blizz Sorc with full tals, 2 30% MF Nagel Rings, PTorch and anni. Even tho I had a good level, I couldn't do hell baal runs or even Meph so it was pointless for me. I found a guy who sells sets of cd keys (D2&LOD) but only in bulk packs, the cheapest is 3 sets for 12 bucks, he doesn't do individuals . //Note from Logicaly - You where already told by an admin buying game keys is against the rules.
I used to literally be addicted to this game (as in my existence depended on it). I was the #1 Hardcore Ladder Assassin once they were released under the name xBloodRosex, and I believe 4 total 99 hardcores (including my 2 assassin's), numerous 85+ characters and 8 level 99 sorcs I ran on a bot 24/7 (non-hardcore toons) for money. I also used to play USWest open realms with the guys from Ladderhall.com for the editted character ladders (ie, 'hex', etc.) and was frequently #1 99, #1 elite, and top 5 teen / supreme dueler and top 5-10 assassin / amazon dueler. No longer play anymore though, as the patches completely ruined the game for me (1.10 and 1.11).
I do agree 1.08 was the best that I can remember, that was before the SOJ Dupes and String of Ears hacks... the good ol days
Man, don't get me started with this game. I used to be the diablo2 gods, I made a good amount of $$ from this game as well. To be honest, diablo2 is such a great game and you learn a ---- load about economics from it as well. Speculating and all kinds of sorts without even having to risk any money. This game is the main reason why I'm majoring in business at school today. Overall, great game. It taught me a lot, I made friends, had fun, and made some money. What more can you ask for? I can't wait til diablo3 comes out. Btw, I have a muted CD Key I believe that I'll sell to you for some credits. ( if that's possible? idk I'm new here sorry, just delete if its not)
This game was fun till Blizzard acted like terrorists and banned 90% of b.net on 11/11/08 that's when my D2 life ended and no I have a life of game-free lol I got like 5 CD keys, not sure which are banned and what not... do u use d2jsp? Edit: I played on UsWest, so I guess some may be banned from UsWest.. but if u wanna play on anyother realm u should be able to play np
to ban all the users that use ANY sort of hacks/mods.. even D2 loader (Which allows u to have multiple screens of Diablo on at same time, silly, but they said it was in the Terms & Agreements not to be logged in b.net with same IP more than once) But I could careless now, I feel much more free and not like a bird in a cage.
Those were also the days of Occy rings....... I loved when Hellfire Torches were droppable, was fun trading with people around that stone wall in The Rogue Encampment, especially when you had a friend with towntele standing just out of radar .
My suggestion is G2buy.com if you have paypal or something key cost like 2$s bought like 5 key sets from them no problem. Would just give you one of mine but i let my friend who runs a bot use them.
