i look at it and my eyes go ---- TOO BRIGHT. dont know if you're still working on it but that's something i would change. also, do you really think vertical gradients (with textures on top) are a good idea to fill contentboxes with? you're forcing the layout to have a fixed height. don't have much to say other than the color scheme because theres not a lot more to it. I like how youve done the member pictures though, could be great if you can code jQuery
Most clan sites for nearly any game is heavy on graphics, this isn't entirely heavy but has a lot which is at a good level. One of the interesting things I like is the navigation. The bars that seperate each one is not all the way down so when hovered over it looks really good. But one of the bad things is to the left side. That spare space before "Home" looks out of place since it is bigger than the right side.
