Nah mate you dont say....... Ofc its amature ive never done one before and ive still only been designing less than a month now. I did say it was my first attempt at a space scene.. Yours it pretty sweet tho. Care to enlighten me to Tips Tricks and Tuts for a space scene rather than just slate it?
You're right. v2 shows some improvement, although the random color splices seems to be "set" there, not randomized. Possibly some work could be done on the sun as well... Are you looking for a main focal point or just overall?
Im just going for an overall feel to it, im trying to get a good amount of depth in it want it to feel as if im floating and looking t it. The sun was just following a tut on youtube i tried to mess around with it myself but it didnt work as well as i had hoped so i just reverted back to the tut version. And could you explain what you mean about the colours being set and not randomised? I dont really follow what you mean. Thanks
As a beginner you are trying to fit too much into one scene. You have to learn about composition and lighting first before you even tackle having multiple elements like that in one scene. Your planets look blurred for some reason and all washed out. The colors are dull and strange, poor quality textures, etc. I could go on and on, or you could read this. http://demosthenesvoice.deviantart.com/art...torial-97561142 deviantART has a lot of tutorials, try using them.
