Overall? Looks great. I just think that there's a little too much negative space in there. It's distracting from the subject and throwing the balance off. A bit chaotic, if you asked me. The typography on the top one looks better. Better arrangement, and the font is easier for me to read. I like the colors and what was done with the sun, and having the text where it is offers a little bit of balance (creating a diagonal line between subjects). Overall, I think the top one is the better one. The yellow hue on his face looks much better than the white on the bottom sig, and the typography is better done (the second one, the text probably should be moved. Having a bold font like the top sig means "look at me!" and it should be placed somewhere noticeable, but using something like Helvetica is saying "don't look at me, I'm just here", and makes me want to put the text somewhere out of the way) The way you blended him with the background looks awesome, by the way
