Contest Task Being Gay

getting tired of seeing the task completely locked up like 2 dogs and the next day find where it managed to unlock itself and run again resulting in additional arbitrary entries in the contest_history table, damn thing is possessed but I have a plan for that, within the next day or 2 I will be coding something a little special for that gay task, once it runs and lock, it won't run again till next month. this is like 2-3 months in a row and I have already sent too much time trying to figure out why it does what it should not do, all I can say is that it is uber gay

nah, it doesn't display additional winners by name, it just inserts extra rows with nothing so it displays no extra names
