He's under 12, I'm sure there's some sort of regulation in Florida that prevents him from having a criminal record.

He is 12, and gets arrested for bull ----? I've done ---- 10 times worse and of course dangerous in the class and never got any sort of treatment like this kid got. sadly i live in america and i think to its total ----, can't wait to go back to Italyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Not really a reason to be arrested, maybe locked of the PCs, but not arrested... Stuff is all messed up lol.

I bet when he did that fart he didn't think of the massive consequences he'd get from it

Damn, stupid thing to do. Unless he like killed people with that fart/shutting down computers, I don't think he should get arrested. Maybe a 1-2 weeks of detention for shutting down computers, max.

The sheriff was teaching the kid a lesson. They can do that in small towns. It wasn't really what I'd call an "official act".

    LMAOBBQ.

Passing gas, I can't see getting in trouble. But doing it repeatedly, hell yeah trouble is coming.

And turning off other peoples computers, that's just being an ------.

This is just retarded. What kind of person gets arrested for that? Write a discipline report and send his ass to the principal. Boom, problem solved.
