Alright I just picked up my car yesterday and like the battery is totally dead >_> I can jump it but I don't have a powerful enough charger on top of that it would just die again after it shuts off, so I need to get to the battery in the back seat except the seat is stuck on a bar that looks like its connected to something metal under the seat so I don't want to forcibly take it out and not because get the seat back in and in working order so might anyone have any suggestions on how the hell I can take the seat off getting frustrated -.-, and this is a 1993 750il.
erm I've heard all the negative stories about bimmers but out of all the ones my dad has owned they've been fine and I like them so I'm cool.
If you live in New York you could easily take this to the BMW building in the city and they fix it for you.
Well you could say yours doesn't either I'm not trying to have a fight or nothing specially over something silly, its just I like bmws and you don't can't change anything about it ya know? I live in California and figured out how to take it out there was a screw that was holding part of the bar that was connected to the car. plus dealer ships usually charge so much just for something so little I called a dealership down here instead of telling me the guy told me to bring it in >_> they just want money. Oh and thank you guys though!

No you can't say that considering my opinion does in fact matter.
Well I really do think it depends on the person, because your opinion doesn't matter to me because we own the same car but an older year problems yes but the 7 series are generally know for a lot of problems especially the 750s but our experience with one was good enough to get another one, I can agree thats not only with just 7 series all bmws are hard to work on but I really don't think they are crap, they perform nice, they are luxurious and beautiful cars (cept the 5 series well some of them). but they are expensive to maintain but meh I already know what I'm getting into.

Well thats you ya know? Have you even owned a bmw or a 750il? I don't think they are, I think they are good cars, though if you don't have either money or connections for repairs your most likely going to wind up not liking them.
I don't like the 90's models. They're the worst IMO. I think the 80's models were dope. They were really fast and powerful.
all the 80s were clean specially the 635s, and even the 750ils? the styles changed at 86 I believe or 87 they stayed the same till 94 tho I thought the 7 series 95- I think 04 were nice the new styles I don't like starting to look like a toyota or somethin.
hahaha true I always think they are but everyone tells me noo bmws are starting to look like toyotas, I like the Ms too, have you got yourself a bimmer too?
