    hello all

I've got a problem when making sprite tags. I can make some effects around the sprite but i can't fill the other parts of the sig. Good example:

The effects aren't great but they are there... The rest of the tag is just more crap :S... Does someone knows something too fill the sig more ?

Add a bigger c4d in it I guess.
Try and find something which matches the sprite.

why not add in a slightly transparent picture of the sprite character, like when they speak in dialogue on a game, and the thumbnail comes up next to it, could be a good way to fill space, without looking to bad.
    just an idea. :)

Just try and do some more random effects but this time instead of trying to make it the focal, make it the bg and create some depth

Most of the above ideas will help.
Look at some tutorials to get ideas.
Maybe also try using textures/stocks to fill in the background.

Copy&Paste the sprite a bunch, spin them all at a different angle, and mess with opacity. There you go! No more empty space ^_^. Your sig might be a bit ugly though.

Sprite tags all look the same to me :\. Should try something other than smudging, maybe you'll hit on something that actually looks different.

Thank you :), I didn't like it that much at first(I thought it was ok just not that great). Then I saw it on my bro's flat panel LCD monitor and was pissed at how much better it looked on there lol.

Really? Normally when I see my stuff on other monitors, I get mad that they look so crummy. Apparently mine isn't bright enough... it's really annoying, I can't quite get it calibrated to what we have at school. I'll trade you problems :P

jeroentjee... you know I was kidding about the C&P thing... right?
