OO this is nice.. the text isn't that good but with that kind of sig, It is probly hard to find a good font for it

 

Eh, not bad.
Like he said text needs work.
Also, not really a fan of the color scheme and the upper right is a little overpowered by the ripples.
It does have good flow and a nice focal though.
Overall nice work.

for the effects its nice but the tag is too monotone

I think a bit more contrast will work, Good focal and good flow, and as said before not a fan of the text, try add a little more depth too if you can its good atm but a little more would help.
