Well first don't take me wrong but I think you should develop your skills better and then ask for ratings ^^ Try to learn from tuts and psd's, they are a great help.
Agreed. Tuts and stuff will help you get really good. The second is so bad, but your tags are overcontrasted and too messy. There are some great tuts here on the site, just head over to the resources forum and look for tuts.
