I think rates are not going to help you much in this stage. Try to learn from tuts and psds then make some sigs and come back again for rates ^^

 

Well I already did that lulz. Thanks for the opinions though. This is obviously the best place for graphics [= And I also make sigs for people so they have text And also for future reference what is with the reducing? I know I'm a pest but thanks [=

Hey my style is 3+ years old and it still looks good imo...
But this stuff don't.... D:

Don't always equate old=bad lol

anyhow the scanlines aren't good all over the tag as they destroy the depth

anyway text isn't always about slapping it with a stroke or an outer glow as you have.
Its about integrating it into the tag and using it to draw attention to the focal point.
Your text steals the focal point away from the render.

 

don't use scan lines so much :X
