    Most is said already. Also coloring is off, but has to do with the random effects imo.

    mm... I agree with the others.
    the effects aren't bad n some parts of the tag, but it looks like you used almost only displace filters on it.

    i dislike the colours, its flat, all i can see is displacement filters. mostly alrdy said. not a good focal
    better luck next time ;)

    A bit messy, too much stuff. And, the girl is a dumb skank :)
    Other than using too many effects, etc. Good work overall.

    I think the focal is on key. When i look I notice her face foremost. I just don't llike all the effects.

    I highly agree, at least you didn't lose the core concepts in this one.

    The effects are so messy and there's no sense of composition . . .

    The filter usage is too obvious, too.

    it looks like ya did a distortion.. i can kinda see the text from the psd ya used to distort.. the colors around the focal point are a little random, maybe has somethin to do with the filters/distortions ya did. Overall this needs some more work
