    i really want to be able to code ccs for like blog templates , etc , can anyone help me out ?

    I am not bad at coding. But i do not know how i could help. Are the tutorials you've been given good enough?

    Well, if you are doing simple CSS (editing) for a blog, that is just primarily changing colors until you decide to move things. However, that is typically base on positioning.

    Most sites use css. Including GR.

    Also, if you're not sure which program to use (dreamweaver & such), I would suggest downloading the free version of Komodo Edit 4

    I took a web design class this quarter so I could learn the basics of HTML/CSS and our teacher had us all download Komodo.

    PHP Designer 2007 personal is also a good source editor ;)
