I like it, but I'm not a fan of the random lines around the girl.

blue lines seem a bit too heavy but i generally like the feel of it

 

Thanks for the comments. I added the lines because it looked pretty empty without them and I wanted something more without changing the overall feel of the tag, I thought they did that nicely.

I like the "random" lines around the render/stock and the teint that you have given her. And the removal of the nose ring is a good call imho.

 

The lines add a nice effect, but the ones in front of her hair (on the right side) are a little distracting.
