I'm using only Bitdefender as my security system and it simply rocks!

not many people bother to do this tbh.

To be fair though the only viruses I have ever encountered have got into my computer through my sister's account, not me. I'm tech savvy enough to be safe on the web without nessaserily needing a virus scanner but she seems to be exactly who those flashing popups are aimed at.

    Ugh.

I generally get suspicious when I visit a website 5 times in the space of an hour, and each time it tells me I'm the 100,000,000th visitor and I have won a prize.

    I just thought of something...

WinRAR files work on Macs right?

I just figured the Win - Windows, not mac, etc... Sorry. Just a little confused. I'm a musician, mind you. Not an IT guy or anything.. Haha.

    Thanks.

really, i never once had a virus on my linux box.

and if you're referring to windows, ehh lets just say that the rate of virus infection is inversely correlated to the users IQ.
