This was my first try at doing a realism sig. I couldn't think of a way to blend all the different colours so I just grayscaled it, which I know is pretty much taking the easy way out. Anyway, C&C please ;)

I like it. The lighting is great, but the depth just seems a bit off. I like it though.

T'is okay, but I always thought realism tags were supposed to be coloured, I guess that kinda puts me off.

Maybe you should post the coloured version and see if anyone has ideas which you could use to make it better coloured?

k at first glance the guy in the middle of the street seems like the light doesnt hit him right but thats me. like hes the same colour all over. also like some1 else said i dont really feel any depth but for ur first try it was way better then mine. maybe use a lil bit of the blur tool i think and u'd have a killer tag keep it up m8

Well, I like it for a first try.
It's just the render i think doesn't fit with the BG.
Try adding some effects to the BG to fit the render more.
Because you have an animated render and a realistic picture you need to add some effects to make them fit.
Maybe even blur the back of the render so you focus more on his face and the guys in the BG because I didn't even realize they were there until i really looked.
So try blurring him or the right side of the picture a little.

the depth is off, but with touch ups it could turn out pretty well.

Thanks for all the help guys, I appreciate it.

Here's the coloured version. As you can see, the colours don't match and I haven't learnt anything about colour changing yet. That's pretty much why I grayscaled it.

This is after I tried blurring and sharpening some bits. I think I stuffed something up since tthey don't look anything like the ones you guys have.

Proximity, I don't really understand how you change the BG to fit into the animated scene. Should I just fiddle around with some filters or what?

Thanks very much all of you for helping out.
