    first off i'm not trying to make much money, i'm printing this shirt for the people you want this t-shirt, so please dont claim me as advertising..

    Are you allowed to make any money off of this? Isn't that joker copyrighted(even if you did vector him, the character itself is copyrighted)?

    ^ I guess so but I know it's alright if he prints that and I am guessing he is not doing that commercially on the streets.

    techiclay no the joker isnt copy righted in teh sence that hes not allowed to do this

    sence he himself vectored it it his his work

    u have no proof he didnt just create this with out any insparation so therefor its legal

    Except that it says "Joker" on it and is an exact duplicate of Heath Ledger as the Joker. This also does not qualify as "Fair Use" because you'd be selling it.

    The whole "you can't prove I was inspired by this" thing wouldn't work in court. And, as you can see, the character is copyrighted. It doesn't matter if you create your own design; if you steal someone's character, you're breaking the law. Even if you give credit to the actual owner.



    As it is, no one would bother suing over something so small, so it's really your own choice if you want to honor it or not.
