The top of the circle is very low quality, you can see each individual bump where it's trying to form a circle. The flowers you can tell they're just rotated / flipped / re-sized - Put a bit more diversity in there, have a few stocks of the same flower from different angles and positions to give it a better feel. Just behind her head on the left it looks like you put in some lighting effect but lowered the opacity and it kinda looks a bit crappy, maybe take the effect out or replace it with another texture? As a whole the colours are nice, but the red flowers don't match it, you have nice subtle colours like light oranges and blues, and then BAM! Bright red flowers in your face. Maybe try and match up the flowers a bit more with some filters or try a different type. Those red flowers would go with a darker piece, like a dark green scene and having those in. But in a bright scene with those types of colours they don't go to well. Just a few points I think could use some work, but that's just my opinion.
