Valve's Left 4 Dead is an ambitious undertaking. The idea is to combine the narrative strengths of Half-Life with the infinite replayability of Counter-Strike. Designed from the ground up with multiplayer in mind, Left 4 Dead is the story of four of humanity's last survivors, as they attempt to survive in a world overtaken by the Infected. It's a zombie-action story in the same vein as "28 Days Later," with fast-paced combat and plenty of emphasis on teamwork. Wow, I had no interest in this until I read this . Don't see too many really fast paced Survival games . And with Valve making it how can you go wrong ^_^.
Demo is freakin' awesome. It's very fast-paced, if you leave a person out somewhere alone. They're dead. For real. And there are hordes of them that come at you at certain times, and it gets hella intense. Demo = making me buy the game. I can't wait for additional content and community maps/mods.
I wish I could get if for pc for the mods, but unfortunately I can only get it for 360 which should still be very good.

played the demo many times...its friggin amazing..i jus hope they add chainsaws or knives or machetes or someting that can sever ZOMBIES
I was hoping there will be some kind of chainsaw in this just like in Dead Rising, even if it does run out cutting Zombies in half never gets old.
I wouldn't let it hold you back from playing it. I mean, the developer said that it will be open for modifications, so things could get interesting. Real interesting. And ------in' sick!
Can not wait for this game! Going to be awesome. Just hope it doesnt get too boring after a few weeks =P
