Composition. the piece is off balance by the fact it's anchored in the centre by the focal (the render's face), but the right side has effects, whereas the left side is relatively empty. You need to balance this by either moving the render to the left, and angling it 10-15 degrees clockwise, or by blurring the background on the right slightly more than the left.
