Well we already have plans for both an art pack and a resource pack. Now my question is are they both going to be a monthly thing? I certainly hope so. With that taken care of, we should start battling crews. Yes I know, we are battling Fresh, but lets take on AG, BC, and ummm whoever else there is. Other than that I really can't think of any other areas to address as far as the crew goes. Hmmm. Oh, how about we all collab on a tag?
the art pack and resource pack sounds good if you and tass are up to doing it monthly. And battles I think everyone is cool with taking on AG after are loss in the crew tourney. And we can start a crew worm if the members like the idea and its pretty much a collab project.
Tass and I should be able to do a monthly pack with no problems. Hopefully we'll be able to get this month's out by Thanksgiving.
Well I can't create C4D, but I could probably gather a few from some buddies... or force them to make them for me. PSD's are no problem, however I still plan on adding a few stocks in the pack.
Yep sounds good ciel, lets just hope my new net is installed next week. As for ideas too, battles, packs, etc etc is pretty much it. Maybe little in-crew comps could go well too.
I might contact draven tonight and see if I can get us a subforum inside the main forum for resources.
An in-crew competition sounds good, but are we allowed to hold tournaments to the public? Maybe give the winner an exclusive resource pack? Or a nice firm handshake.
I don't see why we couldn't maybe have a prize to the 1st and 2nd place winners maybe 200 or 300 credits but lets make sure we place 1st. But yea the expansion of AF into other things like competitions and battles will go good in the long run by showing we are a serious crew.
We wouldn't participate in our own tournament. But I do like the idea of credits as prizes. Maybe even a payed subscription?
The account would be a problem because no one would be able to pay for it. And we could have a tournament where final round goes on to face AF and have each team put up x amount of credits.
You're right with the account idea. I was thinking the same thing after I had posted. Ummm. What we could do is maybeeeeee if we become "famous" enough and help keep GR alive, we can talk to one of the higher ups and they can give the winner the crossover to their new account for free. By team do you mean crew? I think we should just start with a tournament open to EVERYONE and see how that goes first. Lets stick with a simple system and then get into the whole gambling business later.
Yea the open tourney sounds good for the first and then the winner of the first tourney goes on to become The AF grand crew champion, and maybe once a month hold a tournament but the crews would need to buy a ticket in words to enter maybe something like 250 credits and the winning crew receives all the credits in the end.
