[req] Movie Ticket Style Image - 3000 Credits

I'm looking for someone to help design Multiple Movie Ticket themes images.

Each Image is going to have certian critia for it, and each one needs to have Text areas so when printed I can write in information
the Text I need is
Name
A Code
N Code
Dept


and must have a image of a certian movie as a background.

I'm giving 3000 credits for the design, it has to be done today which sucks I'm just having some brain dumps right now and can't think of anything

I need to fit about 6 of them on one sheet of paper.

what I had thought of was, making the background the movie poster, and just putting the text areas on top but I can't seem to make it look good.

ALSO I need each end of the ticket to have a random # between 0989100-0989250. This Part I can do just leave me room on the size for it.

I need 7 different ticket styles (each with a different movie theme)

Can you give an example of what you are looking for maybe? I'm not sure what you're talking about and I'm sure no one else wants to waste their time if it's not what you were looking for. You have to be as specific as possible.

Ok here are the images I need used, it got changed today I deeply apologize Drahgon, I do really like the Barcode idea thou. if possible can we incorprate that?

Those are the images.

So what I am looking for,

A long narrow movie ticket style (or Sport ticket style). The Ticket needs to have a spot for random numbers either on both sides or on one. the numbers will be 0989100 through 0989250.

It needs to have the title of the movie in the ticket, if possible keep the poster style if not possible no worries.


There needs to be an area that will allow for hand written;
Name
A Code
N Code
Dept


What just popped in my head was, at the bottom of the ticket, you can leave a white box and put in the above information.,


If you need help email me, PM me, I'm open for ideas, first person to be done I'll more than likely accept it, as long as it doesn't look like it was done in MS Paint.

Thank You for all your help. I'm going to send you 1000 credits for all your help. I'm not going to choose your final design as we have revamp'd our thought process for the final time.

Size - 3x4 inches
With the movie Poster in it.
Needs to have a front and back side.. Front will have the Movie Poster, as well as "NAME" and "DEPT" sections which will be written in with a sharpie.

These are going to be used instead of "Hello My Name is...." stickers. so the name section needs to be pretty visable either on the top of bottom. which ever looks the best

 

Just to clearify things. You want 6 3x4 inches sizes "tickets" or w/e you want to call them. One side is JUST a poster image. The OTHER side is JUST going to say "NAME:_____ DEPT:____" since your going to fill it out.

 

The one side will have the Poster Image, as well as NAME and DEPT

the Other side will have
A Code, N Code. You can place the Poster Image on this side as well, feel free to be creative and do anything you want really.

The main things I need is 3x4, Poster Image, and a Visable Name
