    Does he do anything else besides smudge? He's good at that but I'd like to see a greater variety of styles.

    Fine Mr. Perfect Pulsy Wulsy. I will use the original layout as well. -_- ..though I liked it when I could post a gigantic paragraph about one person going between the Positives and Negatives..though this does seem to be more precise to the point!

    Snowolf</span>

    Positives: Still has that same potential since his last application but still nothing stands out to me the most or even at all. The only tag that seems to be in good shape is Tag 4 which can be helped ...or in other words finished better.

    Negatives: Nothing interesting or Eye Catching in this applicant.

    Final Decision: <span style="color:#FF0000">No     I really don't see the point in re-applying again and again when we've already told you to re-apply after two or three weeks when you get the better hang of photoshop and its goodies that it contains. No point at all...
