    Fllllllaaaaaaatttttttttt.
You've got no light source, and barely any shadow.

Flatten it, grab the "Burn" tool, set it to Mid-tones and then darken the edges, and the bit to the right of him. Then -try- to implement some sort of light source, soft white brush on overlay if you really have too.

Text isn't great, but it's not terrrrible.

Could be good, has some decent textures/blending in it, just needs some depth.

Quality of render sucks, looks like its just brushes for a background and then a c4d slammed on top of him. The text is out-of-line too. Needs better lighting

@Broken: why can't he just create a new layer and apply image? does he HAVE to flatten it?

Force of habit on my part, since I generally flatten. No real reason, just happens.

    (Yah, Apply Image.)

@ ijgk idk how it looks like that because its a lot more =/ some clipping masks, some brushes, a smudged render, a building smudged, a couple color differences and the c4d isn't slammed imo anyways explain how it looks like that?

@ broken will try i guess I never been good with depth at all =/ but lighting i put a circle gradient on soft light it was white faded to transparent.. any suggestions on how to improve lighting?
