mmm... it does have an unfinished look, but it also looks pretty good like this.
love the blurring/sharpening, you should find something to put in it that will give it a finished look without ruining it.

id unblur the left gun tbh, and also maybe try to work on adding some different colors, other than that i like the compo and concept gj

 

i unblurred the gun, but didnt let it get quite as sharp as the face, tried to add some colour. its a lot warmer now.

v2 ftw.. maybe add some good text and the movie kind of border at the bottom and top (2 px black on bottom and top not on the sides though)

hmm maybe a 5px border instead of 2.. it seems kind of small and text is well placed but idk bout the pink and also the text itself.. it looks good there but it needs work ya know?

the lower left part could use some burning maybe.....
