Because the prices have gone down I want to make a small upgrade and I don't know what's best to do. It's basically for oblivion and cs4.

    Current:
    Dual Core Athlon 64 X2 4600+
    Asus m2n4-SLI
    2 x 512MB DDR2-533 SDRAM kingston
    nVidia GeForce 7600GT 256mb
    XP SP3

So I'm thinking, either getting 2 more 512 mb two get 2 gb of ram, or getting 2x1GB ram or maybe 4x1GB ram and throwing out the ram i have now, (iunno which would perfom best) or getting a new video card?

Can someone tell me which would be best option and what kind. Any help is greaaatly apreciated thanx :D

memory is always the best way to beef up your pc...
makes it run smoother, and appz load faster...

unless you wanna spend the money and get a new gfx card...

Buy some rams, for photoshop, and buy a graphics card for Oblivion. Oblivion wants some serious video buffer on that sh*t, and a 256mb 7600GT ain't gonna cut it. Consider a 512mb 9600GT or HD4850. More rams alone isn't gonna make a huge lot of difference in Oblivion.

9600GSO + 2GB RAM GMV, would make your system into a reasonably solid gaming rig, nothing insane but certainly solid.
