Not bad mate... Love the idea for the first one, but I think there's too much going on with it all. I'd say lose the picture in the background, or make it solid fading into the picture at the bottom, below the content, where it looks good. As for the second one, fairly simple but pulled off well. Love the logo. Only criticism would be the nav bar, I'd personally try and work on improving that as the glossy feel isn't the best and doesn't go atall with the solid and defined atmosphere the rest of the template.
