the blending fx and the color tone is awesome..
thou the text is acting like a huge focal and the depth could definitely use more..

The text catches my eye and so I don't really see the rest of the sig, and when looking at the middle i'm looking at whats around him, not him.
Needs more depth.

 

move the text closer to the focal point like over his left shoulder (our right) and opac it a bit I think it might look nice there


EDIT: lol you just changed the text .. v2 looks alright but now you can't really see the text so its not really a good place to have it and its to opac'ed

lol looks a little bit better grafics but i meant like right over the shoulder where the guns in the text are at the edge of his shoulder and the blending =x

but it does look better imo =)

edit: then again im not amazing at text so maybe im wrong lol
