I did all the shading with circular gradients and pollygon selector. The water outline was pentool. Theres is actually only 1 wave, just doubled it hella and placed them where it would look good, cause after finishing gyarados i was feeling quite lazy... I might go back in and make more waves.
If you can't give constructive critique don't even post here. Because to me that was more of a flame/insult about his work.

Mouse, I wish I had the money to afford a tablet. I value your opinion. Ill try to make it look less amateur next time, Iv noticed this problem whenever I go over one of those "Best tags you've ever seen" threads. My work needs alot more refining. One of the issues may be the lack of Illy and true vectors. Everyone else, Thanks, I think its one of the best Iv made. I doubt I'll fix this up anymore, but my next should be pretty good.
pretty amazing. like the detail on the scales and the flap on the head i guess (dunno what it is) has nice shading and such
