Well I am Naughty. In real life I am Gianni, I am 14 years old and enjoy GFX really much. I own PhotoShop Cs3 extended, which my parents (luckily) paid for me. I have been using PhotoShop since March 2008. Before that I never used any designing program or anything else. Well I used Cinema4D for a couple of days, just to try it out. But I didn't really like it. I would like to join a crew because, I want to learn more about photoshop, about how to use it and how other people use it. I am really interested in the different techniques people use to achieve certain effects etc. Even if you don't like my work, just give me a trial just to see if I would be a good add to your crew. No offence but I think you should practice a bit more. This may be why no-one posted. I am not sure though...so don't ask me, lol.
Your work might not really be at the level you should be at for a crew, but you give me the impression you really want to learn and are committed, I'm sure you will become real good, real fast. good luck finding a crew man.
Main thing is your coloring and effects. Play around with photofilters, gradient maps, opacities and fills. And work on establishing better executed effects. You'll grow as you get more experience
