Absolutely amazing. Colors, though despite different from the real gyarados, are amazing. I like them more than the usual colors actually.

 

Mewtwo > Mew

is there some sort of lens flare in there, if so it seems too bright?

Might be other one coming. This one was just me trying to do an asian style. Thought it would be cool to make gyarados a koi fish kinda.
