Ted Price apparently said it's Insomniac's best game yet! And the guns look absolutely epic, just like in the previous game. The little details also help the product indefinitely, such as severed body parts, blood looking more realistic. Giant bosses seems pretty bad ass as well . That is definitely something to think about . Hype from me just jumped back up, and with so many games coming out at once that is a big deal haha.
I've noticed you are a huge skeptic. Also you have ----ty taste in games in my honest opinion, but that's your call to make .
i only ever see GP playing Call Of Duty 4.. Resistance 2 looks awesome and i cant wait for it, the artwork for the cover is pretty cool looking too.
im not a real big fan of this game but i know i can't wait for Fable 2,Gears of war 2,Left for dead,Fracture,Facebreaker etc.
Sorry but what does "---ty" mean? I've seen it a couple of times today and I can't figure out what it means D:. For Resistance 2 it looks pretty good and I thought the first game was great. I hope they adjusted the online play a bit more because it kind of felt like Halo. There weren't really any headshots but most people just went running around fragging to their hearts content. I like games like Call of Duty 4 where one shot in the head brings you down. I'm definitely getting this sometime in the near future but I probably won't reserve it. With this and Little Big Planet and a few other games coming out I just can't afford them all.
I played the first one a few times, it seems like a Halo-like storyline almost. And the levels are kind of repetitive with the gameplay. [Out of relativity for a sec, wasn't it retarded that church was so angry for Insomniac putting that cathedral in their game? That made me laugh hella hard.] Hopefully the sequel will be much more fulfilling. With 8 person co-op that is. First game wasn't all that unique in experience.
S word with "ty" on the end. Insomniac has said a few times that this will be their best game ever, and they really seem to have gotten their grips on how to develop for the PS3. It looks like it will be branching off much more from the typical FPS, at least as far as boss fights go, and the weapons will continue to be diverse, and awesome . I'm hopeful of it being a great game, and I do agree with you on the 1st one being a bit generic, but it was the 1st taste of next-gen for a lot of PS3 owners, and I think that loyalty will continue over to this game, and it shouldn't disappoint if they show that much promise in it.
Ive played the first one and I liked it. But as for getting the second one I think Im going to have to wait on it. I have more important games to play like Rock Band 2 and probably Little Big Planet. And there are still tons of games I have to beat... Can you believe I still have yet to beat Folklore? I looked on my ps3 to see when I last played and it was Christmas 2007. So I have alot on my plate right now. I will be getting this game. Just not right away.
Wow, that trailer was insane . Story really seems to have been vastly overhauled. Can't wait to see what happens .
