Dead Somewhere In Space

I wasn't too excited about this theme until I noticed the awesome stocks of the game, so I did stock maniping

 

I'm not liking this too much. You have no focus established, and the brightness is pretty bad. The text is also poorly placed. The light blue light on the bottom left is too sharp.

kinda boring, and it makes it seem like the focus of the sig is that pile of junk in the right hand side

agreed with the rest. Needs focal point. Try some more.

 

Quite like how the lighting done, problem being there isn't actually a light source we can just see the effects of the light.
Text is subtle enough so not an issue, I quite like it actually, parts of it, looks like a movie shot so maybe add a movie border?

And it's a guy getting attacked by an alien, Jiin

 

A slight touch of light behind him just so you can make out his outline would be nice. A very slight light source.

 

I saw that you meant to do lighting from the gun, problem being he's got light on top of his hand, and generally looks like there should be a spotlight above the two of them, just how the lighting has worked out.
