    First one is 2 one gigabyte sticks of RAM. The second is a 1 two gigabyte stick. First ones are lower latency, but that's not really that important unless you're overclocking and want to shave that 0.03 seconds of your SPi time. The first also has heatspreaders which don't actually do anything at all, just look better.

    Ok thanks. So would you buy 2 of these or should i just pay the extra money and get this one?

    just go for the cheaper one since it's not like your system is running it's memory in dual channel right now and you won't really be getting any benefit from the more expensive kit.
