As awesome as those would be rendered, if you did it without the guy's permission he would probably hunt you down and kill you :P

Well, they are actually being credited...I mean he give the direct link to the image and it tells you the copyright author. Good job on finding those pics. I could use one of those for a render.

I've taken the time to let all of those artists know their work is being ripped.

Ripping = taking something thats not yours and using it.

They artists don't usually care if you use the images for non-commercial use, just as long as you ask them first and than credit the artist.

Am I using it?No  I just show them, if anyone is man enough to render them and then credit the artists thats cool with me, if he doesnt, hes the one ripping, not me. Because I am just showing them ;) And I am pretty sure no one from here will go around selling t-shirts with robots in em...

And "RIPPING" my man stands for " Claiming somone elses work for yours"

And its the renderer;s job to ask for permission!
You could just use it but still give em credit, thats not ripping

Your thinking in terms of signatures, i've been around long enough to know what artists like and dislike.

Don't take their images unless you ask and they say you can use them, don't post their images for distribution without their permission, simple as that.

If the artists wants, they can have this place shut down and believe me, the hosting company doesn't want any legal action brought against them for some stupid kid "borrowing" work for something as stupid as a signature. So its best for you to either go ask the artist if you can post their work.

and a lawsuit is a lawsuit, theres a reason why they are copyrighted. So use your brain and figure it out.
