You can't prove or disprove a god, the only legitimate argument that helps either case is that things can't appear from nothing scientifically, so something had to have made it. Most scientists believe in a higher being (not necessarily God, but a god or gods). However, to believe that he (or she, for you feminists out there) created everything there is no factual basis other than that the alternative isn't possible, basically making it the same path.
