it looks god I like what you did with it but it seems like its missing something, maybe try putting a border on it or something and the text looks wrong to me idk why but overall good job.

 

I love this. but try putting the text at the bottom left? just IMO

Lighting's too obvious, big soft brush does not = light source.
It's ok, text needs to be removed/changed signifcantly. Blur the left a bit (His right arm) to help with the depth.

V2 looks better imo good job on that

 

V2 looks far better, has some depth to it now.
Still not sure on the text but blurring the arm definetely helped it.
