    The name of a Photoshop Plug-in.

    it begins with V, people were using it all the time on signatures as it was an easy effect

    (it was similar to vectoring, but just a plug in for photo shop)

    i can't think of the name. and this is probably a poor description.

    but it is used in the forum banner.

    (i don't know where this topic should be also)

    Thank you that was it.

    I can't remember ever using it, but i remember a lot of people did.

    People just finding a stock then topaz'ing it. Then smudge a bit and it was instantly amazing, so they thought.

    but yeah, thank you again.
